The fact that Obama Care is not being accepted by not only the voters but also the courts, all the way up to the federal courts displays the triumph of democracy. I do not believe that the American people support this bill and/ or the manner in which the democrats forced the bill through congress. The fact that several states have rejected the bill and many courts have declared it unconstitutional prove that the checks and balances established by our founding fathers remain effective against unwanted bills even today.. For me, this is very reassuring, that our system is still quite effective and that different parts of our government can keep the other parts in check to ensure that our democratic process remains valid and effective.
